Dafydd Llewellyn

Chief Executive Officer

Dafydd Llewellyn serves as CEO of HICX, the platform trusted by leading global organisations for supplier management. With a robust background leading teams at both insightsoftware and SAP Concur, Dafydd brings a wealth of SaaS leadership and go-to-market experience.

His appointment marks a significant move in HICX’s evolution and with founder Costas Xyloyiannis transitioning to non-executive Chairman, Dafydd is well placed to drive the firm’s growth, innovation, and customer success into its next phase.

Tommy Benston

Vice President of Global Client Management

Tommy Benston is Vice President of Global Client Management. He joined HICX in June 2023 and is responsible for the overall relationship between HICX and our customers.
Tommy has spent his entire career in software, with the majority of it serving procurement, supply chain, finance and accounts payable organizations of large companies. After spending 15 years in Marketing, he pivoted to create and lead Customer Success and Sales teams starting in 2010 at Verian, which he then did again at Basware, after Basware acquired Veran in 2016.

Jeremy Reeves

Vice President of Product

Jeremy has spent his career creating solutions to address procurement and supply chain challenges. Jeremy owns the product strategy and roadmap for HICX. He is currently relocating from California to Portugal.

Carly Spicer

Vice President of Marketing

Carly Spicer is Vice President of Marketing at HICX, leading global brand, demand generation and market positioning efforts in the enterprise SaaS space. She drives marketing strategy that fuels growth, builds awareness and strengthens HICX’s presence with Global 5000 customers and prospects. Carly brings deep experience in B2B marketing leadership and a focus on data-driven campaigns that connect product value to customer needs. At HICX she partners closely with sales, product and customer teams to deliver integrated programs that accelerate pipeline and elevate the company’s voice in supplier management.

Michael Fulthorpe

Senior Vice President of Sales

Michael Fulthorpe serves as Senior Vice President of Sales at HICX, leading global sales strategy and revenue growth for the enterprise SaaS supplier management platform. He brings two decades of experience building and scaling sales teams, driving business development and closing complex enterprise deals across EMEA and internationally. Michael’s leadership focuses on strengthening customer relationships, expanding market reach and delivering measurable sales results in high-growth environments. Before joining HICX, he held senior sales and channel leadership roles and founded a sales consulting business that helped tech organisations optimise their sales performance.

Jacy Basset

Vice President of Solution Assurance & Enablement

is Vice President of Solution Assurance and Enablement for HICX. She joined in October 2018 and is responsible for leading product consulting, training and certification programs, and configuration processes and tools.

Before HICX, Jacy spent 10 years at AutoNation, where she led their digital procurement transformation and oversaw vendor relations for 60,000 suppliers across 13 ERP systems. Jacy played an integral part in over 100 M&A projects, gaining a full appreciation of the complexities of a changing supplier landscape.

Barry Hoffmann

Vice President of Customer Success

Barry Hoffmann is Vice President of Customer Success for HICX. He joined in March 2022 and is a strategic leader in technical business operations, with depth in leading global cross-functional tech operations and a focus on optimization through automation.

Before that, he worked for K2 (acquired by Nintex) for 17 years, where he held VP roles that spanned global team development, customer success (leading 120+ staff) and technical support (leading a team of 60+). Barry has nearly two decades of experience in the low-code application development space and leading technology teams in hybrid cloud SAAS and PAAS.

Fraser Crawford

Chief Finance Officer

Fraser Crawford (FCCA) is Chief Financial Officer for HICX. He joined in April 2024 and is responsible for leading the company’s strategic planning, financial operations and administrative functions. Prior to joining HICX, Fraser held CFO roles for Naveo Commerce and Impero Software. He has been in several successful private-equity-backed businesses, including Impero which he helped grow through acquisitions from £6m to £23m in revenue. Fraser is a fellow of the ACCA.

Simon Lennon

Chief Technology Officer

Simon Lennon is Chief Technology Officer for HICX. He joined in January 2022 and is responsible for defining the technological vision and delivering innovation and efficiency.

Prior to joining HICX, Simon held CTO roles, including for ADM Agriculture Ltd where he executed a digital transformation strategy including the design, construction and successful delivery of a mission-critical commodity contract management and execution application. During this time, he also migrated the application landscape into the cloud and delivered a comprehensive business continuity and award-winning DR solution. He was also CTO for OCG Software where he built a highly configurable supplier boarding and management system.
